SHIPPING COSTS:

You have just bought something more than a garment, its manufacturing process has been carried out by human hands.

We cannot compete with large companies or in products, because we cannot compare our products to others made in series and without all the people involved in the process having a fair salary for their work, or in shipments because the margins do not allow us make free shipping.

Even so we can offer free shipping in amounts that exceed 250 euros.

The shipping cost is 6.95 euros in Community Zone, and U.S.A

Shipping to India is free.

We know that you understand what you have bought because it reflects who you are, committed and thanks to you we can make this production sustainable.

RETURN POLICY

Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Make sure you write your details correctly so that the package arrives safely at its destination and is not returned by the carrier.

-In case of an error in the size or color, you should contact us, due to the handmade manufacture of the garment we cannot guarantee that there is the same model in another size or color that is not specified in the product file in the time of purchase, so get in touch to help you in the best possible way and resolve the charges for the return as far as we can, mila@milarepas.com

-In case it has not arrived in good condition, please contact us and we will try to help you as much as possible to offer you the best option on the product and we will pay the return costs, mila@milarepas.com

-In case you no longer want it (which we doubt because you will not be able to resist) we will regret it, we will receive it again and the amount of the product will be refunded. The shipping costs of the return will be at your expense.

The shipping costs in the return of the item are not refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The garments must always be returned in good condition, with their label, without stains and without damage. Additional non-returnable products:

  • Gift cards
  • Jewelry accessories

Products on offer (in this case, returns will only be accepted if they are in poor condition)

Please contact mila@milarepas.com to inform you of the status of your return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return and the amount will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a few days.

Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary. Shipping is made from a small town in the Himalayan mountains, and the billing will be received from Barcelona.
